① What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in using reinforced packaging for international shipping. If your item unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email with clear photos. We will be happy to arrange a free remake or a refund for you (shipping fees may apply).

Please note: Due to the handmade nature and international shipping times of our products, a remake may not arrive by a specific date if the original order was timed for a gift. We recommend placing orders early to account for any unforeseen circumstances.
