Processing Time:

All our products are handmade to order. The standard production time is approximately 20 business days from the date of order confirmation and design approval. This timeframe includes design confirmation (1-2 business days) and the handcrafting process (15 business days), followed by quality checks and packaging.

Please note: This is the production time only and does not include international shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We ship worldwide via reliable international courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

The estimated shipping transit time is typically 12 to 20 business days. Please be aware that these times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. Memory Gift Studio is not responsible for these delays.

Customs and Import Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping charges. Memory Gift Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Damaged Upon Arrival:

We use reinforced packaging to protect your items during their long journey. However, if your item unfortunately arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Return Policy for instructions.

Important Note for Remakes:

Due to the handmade nature of our products and international shipping times, a remake will not arrive by a specific date if the original order was timed for a gift (e.g., a holiday or anniversary). We highly recommend placing orders early to account for any unforeseen circumstances, including shipping damage.

Digital Proof & Pre-Shipment Approval:

To ensure your complete satisfaction and minimize issues, we provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. We also send photos of the completed physical product before we ship it out. Your approval at these stages confirms the design and quality, reinforcing our final sale policy.
