Because all our products are custom-made and uniquely created for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for simply changing your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately.

To be eligible for a remake or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging via email.

Upon review, we will be happy to arrange for a free remake of your item or issue a refund for the product cost (shipping fees may not be refunded).
