Customization Process

1. Send reference image for quote → Confirm production timeline → Pay deposit (50%, payment confirmation required) → Confirm finished product photos after completion → Pay balance + shipping fee → Package and ship

Notes

1. Customization requires a reference Q-version image. Unclear parts in the image will be designed at our discretion.
2. Only accept the body types shown.
3. Communicate details before/after paying the deposit. Highlight key details you care about in advance.
4. No work-in-progress photos during production. After completion, finished product photos will be sent for confirmation. Minor adjustments allowed, no major revisions.
5. Deposit is non-refundable once production starts; refundable if production hasn’t begun.
6. Please do not rush during the production timeline. Finished product photos will be sent sequentially in the last 2 days of the timeline. Thank you for your patience.

After-Sales & Return/Exchange

• Default: All reference images are authorized. Finished works can be displayed and reproduced by default. Buyout price: 2x the original price.
• Original design, handcrafted (minor natural marks are normal). No returns/exchanges for subjective dissatisfaction.
